Two Republicans jeered Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene on Tuesday as she arrived at the Capitol carrying

a balloon aboard a Chinese spy craft piloted by President Biden that traveled across the US before being shot down.  Sen.

Eric Schmidt, R-Mo., when asked about Greene's stunt,

said he would take a more restrained approach to Biden's State of the Union address.

"For me, I'm going to go, and I'm going to listen," he told Fox News.

"And I definitely have an attitude, but I won't be having any balloons today."

Representative Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., was asked if she had plans of her own for the State of the Union and assured she would have no balloons.

"Okay, I won't bring a white helium balloon, if that's what you're asking," Boebert told The Hill.
